What we collect
When you request a health check: name, work email, phone (optional), company name, industry, region, your current security posture (e.g. whether you have an in-house team), starting engagement, revenue band (optional), notes, and Service Shield self-attestation. We also log technical basics (IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, timestamps). We do not ask for, or want, credentials, keys, or access to your cloud through this website.
Why
To respond to your request, scope an assessment, and operate this site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We may set small first-party cookies (chs_geo, chs_town) so your region context sticks across pages.
These are functional, not advertising trackers.
Retention
Request records are kept as long as needed to respond and operate our business, then deleted or archived under normal practice. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Processors & third parties
We use vetted providers to run this site and deliver messages (bot protection, email relay, and our own notification webhooks). During a paid engagement, any handling of assessment data is governed by your service agreement, not this policy.
